I took the car to this workshop more or less in February, relying on the reviews I had read here. They had thrown me... the ITV back because of smoke. They were a month with the car, a week and a half had not called me to inform me of anything, nor had they started to touch the car; I started to call myself often, because every time I called they told me they were doing something different, that they would call me to tell me, and they did not. The girl in the office, when I asked her, said she did not know anything, and that she did not have to inform me about anything, besides it cost me several calls to speak with the mechanic (Alfonso). They were moving the injectors, but later they said that the problem was the software, although there were two injectors that were regular, but what better not to change them. When finally a month I went to pick up the car, I was still smoking the same as when I took it, and in spite of everything they charged me 250 euros, when I told him, he took the car to speed it up and brought it to me, and he told me he was there. I asked for the claim form and they took out a super outdated one, which logically was not the form they use now in consumption, and when I told them that their obligation was to have it, their answer was "we all have obligations".From there, the car began to smell a lot of gasoline every time I used it, and to loose puddles. Finally I took it to another mechanic, and when checking the injectors, he told me, without having told me anything, that the tubes were badly placed, loose plugs, and I do not know what else, since obviously I do not understand mechanics.Not only did they not solve the problem, but they did not stop lying to me, so that I would not take the car to another place, and the treatment to the client was terrible, no, worse.P.S.
