FRAUD is committed in this workshop, and Bosch Spain knows it.They invoice new parts and then repair the old ones or... replace them with used ones.Good morning, I have taken several vehicles to this and other official workshops of the Bosch brand several times. In the last repair they made in sheet metal, they billed three elements as new, pilot, door and bumpers for about 2,000 euros. After consulting with an official workshop of the brand of my vehicle they showed me that they were not new. When claiming Carrocerías Feroca, they claimed that they had forgotten to change the pilot. They did not comment on the rest of the pieces and were tremendously offended by my insinuations.To this day, having confirmed the professional malpractice of the three pieces with experts and official workshop managers of the brand, I can firmly affirm that I was a victim of fraud in this workshop. I never received any kind of apology from the workshop, nor from Bosch Spain, to whom I shared what happened. Avoid the workshop.By the way, among the positive evaluations here there are names of the employees themselves. ETHICS, PROFESSIONALISM AND SHAME SHINE BY HIS ABSENCE.read more

En una sola palabra: incompetencia. Tanto para la parte de chapa como para la de mecánica.Chapa -> malos acabados,... sensores que dejan de funcionar, pintura mal distribuida.Mecánica -> desconocimiento del sistema del coche, sustitución de piezas innecesarias e imposibilidad de solución.A esto hay que sumarle que los precios no son precisamente económicos.read more
