I have gone for a complete car wash and the experience itself has not been bad, what bothered a bit was the insistence... to hire the most expensive package, getting almost "fear" that with an intermediate cleaning package the car would stay dirty. Las dos personas que había la vez que fue esperaban cruzadas de brazos, con malas caras etc... como si les costara o... les molestase que tuvieran que moverse, no me gustó nada, he ido desde hace muchos años a cambiar las ruedas a otro coche y sin problema pero con los dos que había la vez esta no volveré a ir allí más.read more

I changed the battery in my car. From the first moment it began to give me problems. I left it parked for two days and... when I started it always gave me a low battery. I went to motor town three times to claim and they always told me that the battery was ok. Tired of the same story, I took the car to a site specialized in car electrical issues to see if it had a shunt or something that caused it to lose battery. What was my surprise that when I went to pick it up, they told me that the electrical installation of the car it was perfect, the problem is that they had put me a battery that was not suitable for my car.I have put the correct battery in another shop and no problem since.Incredible that this happens in a workshop under the umbrella of the English court.If I buy in the English court I expect quality, good service and good customer service. Don't even think about going to repair a puncture. They will not do it, they will try to convince you of the need to... change the wheel ... if possible they will try both. It has happened to me twice. The second time the wheel was only one year old. It was repaired elsewhere without any problem. If this service is not profitable for them, they better not offer it, but doing it just to scam customers does not seem right to meread more

Fui a hacer una revisión y no me dieron una hoja resumen de la revisión, por lo que me da que no la han hecho. También... compré una lata de aceite para el cambio y no me dieron el aceite sobrante después. No repetiré.read more

Todo el día llamándoles para que me den un presupuesto que se suponía que me daban hoy por teléfono, y es imposible... contactar con ellos. Ellos no llaman para darme el presupuesto, y tampoco cogen el teléfono si lo llamo yo. Resultado, pierden un cliente.read more

Cuando reduces el personal y no cuidas a los trabajadores ,despides y contratas camareros cómo mecánicos ,es lo que... tienes,como dice el dicho ,si pagas con cacahuetes solo podrás contratar monos .Con Aurgi ya lo hicieron ,llegaron a la quiebra por la pésima gestión y con la misma mentalidad lograrán lo mismo .Una pena como ha perdido desde que el corte inglés lo vendió al mejor postor .Según he leído lo gestiona una empresa económicamente al límite y unos dirigentes que solo quieren sacar beneficio económico sin importar el trabajador .Todo eso hace que la confianza en el cliente pierda enteros y decidamos buscar otro lugar de confianza en el que llevar nuestro vehículo .read more

190€ de revisión plus y el coche me pide cambio de pastillas de freno a la semana y líquido en unos meses. Nadie te da... un parte del estado de tu coche o te comenta algo. Vamos, que no sé ni si lo han revisado. Tampoco dejan grabado digitalmente la revisión en los coches, hoy en día un atraso... Llevo llamando dos semanas al teléfono de Motortown Sanchinarro y descuelgan el teléfono mientras hablan para que te canses. Atención al cliente de pena, cobrar los 200€ sí que lo hacen bien.read more

Cuidado! INCOMPETENTES sin EXPERIENCIA, Me hicieron la Alineación (paralelo) después de cambiar los neumáticos y me lo... han desalineado total provocando unos deslizamientos y vibraciones brutales. Lo he vuelto a llevar pidiendo revisión del alineado ya que era peligroso conducir así, comentándoles lo ocurrido pero ellos rechazan la revisión y sin tocar el vehículo me aseguran que tengo que cambiar el otro par de neumáticos también porque el coche detecta esos 2mm de diferencia que hay entre los nuevos y los "viejos" por eso me va mal el coche. Lo llevé a la casa oficial y resulta que los mecánicos de MOTORTOWN me lo han dejado muy mal incluso peligroso de conducir. En conclusión No saben hacer el PARALELO pero aún así te cobra la chapuza PONIENDO EN PELIGRO LA VIDA DE SUS CLIENTES. NUNCA MÁS VOLVERE A ESTE TALLER Y DENUNCIARÉ LOS HECHOSread more
