No se puede pedir más. Trato amable y simpatico por parte de Nel, explicando los problemas que veia en el coche segun... los sintomas que le explicaba y tomandose tiempo para enseñar qué producia un ruidito que me traia de cabeza en el motor y una vibracion en el volante. Los problemas resueltos en un momentito, sin duda será mi taller de confianza.read more

Han sido mi salvación. He llegado tras vivir una mala experiencia en otro taller y Nel (el dueño) me ha tratado de... forma espectacular. En apenas una hora y al momento me han solucionado el problema. FATAL WORKWhat's more basic than an oil change and a wheel change? This "mechanic" because he is not a mechanic (he... will be all the pilot you want) has done the only two things that I asked him WRONG. I change both wheels on my motorcycle and the front one was on the ground one day later, a simple wheel had gotten wrong ... a few months later, today I have to change the oil on the motorcycle and what do I find myself with? ? This "mechanic" has tightened the oil drain screw so hard that it cannot even be removed. Don't use torque? Do you do it as it comes out of your eggs? anyway. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!!!! I am not coming back.read more

Llamé al taller durante el mes de junio para dejar el coche por un problema que tenía porque se calaba. Lo dejé el... lunes cuando me indicaron y no volví a saber del coche. El jueves les escribí un WhatsApp a las 9 de la mañana preguntando por el coche y no me respondieron. A las 6 pm les llamé y me dijeron que estaban muy ocupados que en unos minutos me llamaban. Finalmente pasadas las 9 me escribieron que no le veían nada al coche. Que fuera al día siguiente, viernes, a recogerlo y que lo probara. Le habían limpiado la válvula del ralentí y poco más. También me dijeron que por la mañana del viernes, iban a hacerle unas pruebas.Me presento al día siguiente a la 1 del mediodía y el taller está cerrado y no hay nadie dentro. Llamo a Lorenzo, que es como se llama el dueño, y me dice que es que está repartiendo las llaves de los coches a los clientes. Pues vale. Ahora me entero yo que alguien se lleva un coche del taller y no se lleva la llave o que los mecánicos la entregan a domicilio... A mí desde luego no me ofrecieron ese servicio. Cuando aparece y le pregunto por esto, al ver que no me cuadraba lo que me contaba, se puso a la defensiva y que claro que es que eran sólo dos mecánicos porque el otro estaba enfermo y más excusas. Le pregunté si había hecho las pruebas que me dijo que iba a hacer esa mañana y me dijo que sí. El coche estaba aparcado en la calle y cuando lo cogí, abrí el capó y el motor estaba frío, y en 4 horas (se supone que abren a las 9 si es que ese día trabajaron, claro) el motor no se enfría. Que los clientes no seamos mecánicos no quiere decir que seamos tontos. Vamos otra mentira como las otras. Por suerte el problema lo he conseguido solucionar yo por mi cuenta pidiendo las piezas e investigando, así que con estos servicios, estos negocios tienen el futuro asegurado y gracias al coche eléctrico, más aún.read more

Incredible I left my car for the light to have the engine checked a black Fiat Bravo, I never saw in the motor world... such a level of honesty I left it at 13:50 and at 16:55 the car was already there, they could have looked for some objection but not only honesty, but even more I am going to pay for the diagnosis (€ 32) and the operator tells me that it is not necessary, there are no longer people like that in the world they gave me confidence and peace of mind to leave my vehicle, therefore my next maintenance and possible breakdowns I will leave them in your hands thank you very much (-_-)read more

IMPRESENTABLE.I come in May with an electrical fault. After 10 days I called without being able to contact. When I... succeeded, everything solved. In a few weeks, the same breakdown and after 5 days without news "I'll call you later" and neither. They don't look on Monday and when I insist, they tell me that I can pick it up 20 minutes before closing. It has not been 2 weeks and start again. He said "any problem we will help you and we will look at it again". Announcement at 9am and he answers "can I call you later? And never again.I will take it to a workshop with professionals and rigor. Very disappointed and pending to file a claim.read more
